Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item and would like to return it for a refund, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. 

Please ensure you get proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for the goods once until we have received them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the supplier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please use our contact form to send us the details of your request and we can review.  Our usual response time in within 48 hours.
